Dates:

• Arrival: November 9, 2024. Check in after 1 pm.

• Seven nights’ accommodation at the ashram, featuring fan-cooled rooms, along with access to Hamsa Bhuvan’s remarkable facilities and grounds.

• Transportation to and from Lihue airport included. Limit 1 piece luggage. Six morning and at least four evening Prime of Life yoga classes led by Dr. Larry

• Payne, PhD, with assistance from Karen Waddell, RYT

• Seven breakfasts, seven dinners, and six lunches.

• Guided excursions accompanied by Larry and Karen, inclusive of all transportation and entrance/participation fees.

• One 1-hour massage - available at Hamsa Bhuvan

• Evening entertainment at Hamsa Bhuvan.

• All gratuities for guides, drivers, and entertainers.

Reservations:

Our trip to Kauai is an exclusive offering with custom planning. A deposit of $750 is required at the time of reservation, with the balance due 120 days prior to departure (Friday, July 12, 2024).

A reservation that is not fully paid by the final payment due date will be considered cancelled subject to the cancellation terms explained below.

Deposits and Payments:

Payments are due as follows. At booking, a deposit of $750 USD per person. Balance due 120 days prior to arrival at Hamsa Bhuvan. Payment can be made by check or credit card. There is a 2.5% discount for payments made by check.

Cancellations by you and Refunds: To cancel your booking, you must call us immediately at

(310) 306-8845 and then promptly send notification in writing by email to info@samata.com.

Cancellation fees will be applied per person according to the following schedule, based on the date we receive your written notification.

Deposit is nonrefundable, AND 120 to 91 days prior to departure: 25% of value of remainder of booking will be retained by Samata.

90 to 61 days prior to departure: 50% of value of remainder of booking will be retained by Samata.

60-0 days prior to departure: 100% of value of remainder of booking will be retained by Samata.

No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a tour once the tour begins, including if you leave a tour for any reason, miss the tour’s departure date, or have to be removed from a tour. There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including for reasons related to weather, civil strife, personal, family or medical emergencies or any other circumstances beyond our control. We highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance.
