Unlocking Vitality: Embracing Prime of Life Yoga

I'm Larry Payne and I'm the founder of Samata Yoga. I'd like to take the opportunity to tell you a little bit about what Prime of Life Yoga is all about.

Somewhere between the ages of 40-something and 70-something is the largest segment of our population and they are the most underserved in yoga.

Prime of life Yoga is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It's all about focusing on user-friendly, safe postures — function being more important than form — with a big emphasis on the breath.

You know, you don't have to do the hard postures in yoga to get the benefits. All you really need to do is concentrate, breathe and relax.
