Kari Ross-Berry

Kari teaches yoga philosophy, asana, pranayama, and meditation in order to help students understand their unique mind-body complex and learn to overcome obstacles. Compassionately helping others to expand their physical and mental well being including stress reduction and mind-body acuity. Designing curriculum from a Hatha Yogic point of view, meeting students where they are at, whether in a group or private setting. In this manner, enabling others to live, think, and act creatively from an authentic sense of self through the practice of yoga.
