As I am about to teach my first private class remotely, to note and to mark, place and time feels supportive at this time. In writing, it has given me a conscious awareness of something that I realize I often do or have done automatically when I teach, or in my life in general. In taking this class, I am aware of time and place, and think of where you are, how you are. So in teaching and with these questions in mind, I love teaching yoga, and I hope to do it wherever, and continue to plan and learn for the future, with the gift of time that I have.

I hope that you and your student enjoys the one-on-one experience of yoga.

Time is the most valuable asset you have and you taking the time to share that with a student is admirable. Enjoy it to the fullest for the both of you.
