I appreciated the consideration about sound and how it can be used to harmonize the vibration of the body and mind. I feel this is a beautiful way to incorporate further relaxation techniques into a class setting and in my own personal practice.
There are so many lessons available to us through sound. The inner vibration through chanting is such a wonderful door to inner stillness and awareness. I have been playing around with sound/chanting and my inabilty to speak and make comments. It is slow progress and very fascinating!
