Linking intention to awarenes, linking awareness to the breath, linking the breath to the movement of the spine brings the practitioner (me) to a deeper sense of connection to the present moment. The possibilities and potential to balance the autonomic nervous system via brhmana, langhana and samana practices are endless.
Letting go of “I used to do that” and adapting holistic practices that supports the ever changing needs of my structure, physiology, emotions and mind will hopefully improve the quality of my health and happiness as I journey gracefully through my prime of life!
