AFTER the practice of asanas, which relieves tension and creates strength, flexibility and balance, shavassana allows for deep relaxation and stress relief. Practicing shavassana while being guided with magic triangles, the chakra rainbow of colors, or simply soothing music,
is a great introduction to meditation.
Learning that “wandering” is a normal part of meditation is a wonderful revelation for the many who claim they can’t possibly meditate.
